Through KaarigaRiya Crafts, Riya is gaining hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, including product design, branding, marketing, and professional presentation. Her work reflects the entrepreneurial mindset fostered within the Carroll Business Academy and demonstrates how students can turn creativity into a real-world business.

Career Leap is a student-led entrepreneurship team within the Carroll Business Academy focused on helping students explore career pathways and make informed decisions about their futures.

 

The team—Shaadana Rajesh, Brianna Lerintiu, Avery Cress, and Trenton Bean—earned top honors at Pitch Fest after impressing judges with an innovative business concept, strong collaboration, and a clear understanding of real-world challenges. Their winning pitch was awarded a $3,000 business grant from the CBA Boosters to support the continued development of their idea.

 

Career Leap reflects the entrepreneurial mindset at the heart of the Carroll Business Academy, demonstrating how students transform creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving into meaningful, real-world solutions.
