The theme for the 2026 Dragon Talks is Finding Your Passion. Speakers will explore the moments, experiences, and challenges that help shape purpose and direction, sharing personal stories that reflect how passion is discovered, developed, and pursued.

This theme aligns closely with the Carroll Business Academy’s mission to connect education with real-world application and future opportunity.
